Gellatly Road Development
4058 and 4066 Gellatly Road Rezoning and Development
The Gellatly Bay Goats Peak Community Association (GBGPCA) is committed to advocating for thoughtful development at the current boat storage yard (4058 and 4066 Gellatly Road). In late August 2021 a development application was made for this project which now includes two 10 storey buildings and one 8 storey building. The GBGPCA is concerned that a development of this size and stature could have serious consequences for the residents of our community, as well as, all other residents of West Kelowna who utilize Gellatly Bay for their recreation. Our team of volunteers will be working to keep our members up-to-date on any applications/hearings regarding this new proposal along with soliciting your feedback on this topic and others as they affect our neighbourhood.
Detailed materials currently available to the public on this rezoning request can be viewed starting at page 23 of this document.
