The Gellatly Bay Goats Peak Community Association (GBGPCA) is pleased to invite our residential members to our second Annual General Meeting (AGM).

WHEN: November 30, 2023 at 7pm Pacific

WHERE: Online

RSVP: Advance registration is required. Confirm your seat now by email and be sure to include the full name for each adult planning to attend

AGENDA: 

  1. Determine that there is a quorum
  2. Present proof of Notice of Meeting
  3. Approve the Agenda (Article 5 of the bylaws)
  4. Receive the Financial Report of the Treasurer (Article 5 of the bylaws)
  5. Receive the report on the initiatives the Association is presently involved with.
  6. Election of Directors
    Our Association  is seeking expressions of interest from Gellatly Bay Goats Peak residents who would like to put their name forward to run for a position on our Board of Directors. View more details.
