The GBGPCA was told that rezoning and development application for 4058 and 4066 Gellatly Road as been currently put on hold pending release of the new Official Community Plan (OCP).
The GBGPCA has a strong response ready to send to Council when this item is included on their agenda. In the meantime we encourage all members to share our petition and identify residents from outside our neighbourhood that are willing to prepare and send letters to Council expressing their concerns on this development.
