The GBGPCA has been keeping close tabs on the rezoning and development request for 4058 and 4066 Gellatly Road. This request has not yet made it’s way to the Council’s agenda for first reading and we are told that this would take place late January at the earliest.
The GBGPCA has a strong response ready to send to Council when this item is included on their agenda. In the meantime we encourage all members to share our petition and identify residents from outside our neighbourhood that are willing to prepare and send letters to Council expressing their concerns on this development.
