Council received a report during the April 6, 2021 Council Meeting that outlined a series of decision points for amendment to the draft Short Term Rentals Bylaw. The major adjustments include:
- Support for secondary suites and carriage homes
- Bed and Breakfasts to be maintained within the current regulation of the Zoning Bylaw
